Tome 1 contains the Euthyphro, Apologia, Crito, Phaedo, Cratylus, Theaetetus, Sophista, and Politicus. Unfortunately, the series has been discontinued with Tome 1 according to the letter from the publisher, Aug. 2009.
Marsilio Ficino was the first individual to completely translate all of Plato's works from Greek to Latin. Marsilio Ficino's Latin translation of Plato's works is still considered authoritative. Dr. Geoff Bowe was in charge of the project to scan the 1588 edition of the Platonis Omnia Opera. Each dialogue is available as a PDF.
